There are 6 floors served by 2 lifts.

What about rooms with romantic views?
One third of our rooms offer outstanding views of Ponte Vecchio, and several rooms on the upper floor open onto a terrace with excellent views.

Do the rooms have a balcony?
Some do, if you’d like one please leave us a note in the comments box when you book.

Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, although due to Italian law guests ca no longer smoke in any public areas of the hotel.

Is there a TV in all of the rooms? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, every room is provided with the telephone and flat screen TV.

Is there air conditioning in all of the rooms? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
The air conditioning is seasonal and it is free of charge.

Do you have an Internet point in the property?
Not yet but we will soon. Watch this space!

Is there a swimming pool?
No, unfortunately not.

Is private parking available?
Yes, the hotel has private car park with available to guests at a small surcharge.

Where can we rent a car?
In downtown Florence or at Pisa or Florence Airports, but the concierge will help you in any booking.

Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Certainly, simply leave us a note in the comments box when you book online, giving us your arrival time and flight number and we’ll get back to you to confirm.
