Yes/Full buffet breakfast including international cooked breakfast.
» What about rooms with romantic views?
One third of our rooms offer outstanding views of Ponte Vecchio, and several rooms on the upper floor open onto a terrace with excellent views.
» Do the rooms have a balcony?
Some do, if you’d like one please leave us a note in the comments box when you book.
» Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, although due to Italian law guests ca no longer smoke in any public areas of the hotel.
» Is there a TV in all of the rooms? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, every room is provided with the telephone and flat screen TV.
» Is there air conditioning in all of the rooms? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
The air conditioning is seasonal and it is free of charge.
» Is private parking available?
Yes, the hotel has private car park with available to guests at a small surcharge.
» Where can we rent a car?
In downtown Florence or at Pisa or Florence Airports, but the concierge will help you in any booking.
» Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Certainly, simply leave us a note in the comments box when you book online, giving us your arrival time and flight number and we’ll get back to you to confirm.
» Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes you can.
